Up next for Tapes #136 is South London’s, vinyl only DJ, Chinese Daughter. Both on radio, on her own show on legendary Kool FM and at the rave, she showcases her favourite selections of original, new, and future Jungle records plus the sounds of bass-lead old school rave, future hardcore, and breaks that she finds in between. 

DINA, the Berlin-based producer, DJ and co-founder of Nachtcrew – a collective fusing psychedelic music, art and 3D mapping, is up next for Tapes #135.

Joining us for Tapes #134 is Henry Greenleaf who bring us a mix of intense club beats, sharp over the top sound design and tracks that leave you scratching your head.

Basic Chanel, recently emerging from behind the scenes to take her place behind the decks, brings us Tapes Mix #133.

Hosting a regular radio show on Refuge Worldwide, launching a new monthly residency on Netil Radio next month, and running the long-standing music blog Untitled 909, Basic Chanel uses her platforms to share the music she loves and the stories behind the artists that create it - whether through sharing recommendations via socials or the 909 Substack, or engaging in lively chats on her radio show for the much-loved mix series.

Taking over tapes #132 is Berlin-based radio host, DJ and producer, MLE. Navigating sonically between a multitude of club ready sounds, MLE can be described as a deep digging selector known to take dancers on a journey between between genres on the dance floor.

Joining us for Tapes #131 is self-confessed vinyl addict and Wigan’s finest, Wes Baggaley. For decades, he’s been familiar to promoters, record store staff and clubbers in Manchester and London, but in recent years he has become a familiar face to a much wider audience.

Taking over Tapes #130 is East London based DJ and Origins resident, Reece Spooner, an electrifying force in the world of dance music and known for his irreverent and carefree approach to DJing. With an infectious energy that recharges and reignites dancefloors, Reece stands out for his diverse and heady musical palette.

Joining us for Tapes #129 is London-based DJ Meg Paine. She’s made a fast impression in the London club scene and is known for being an adept crate digger and selector, her sets are an intricate journey from start to finish. Demonstrating a masterful skill to develop a set with fluidity, seamlessly evolving party tune energy whilst maintaining an atmosphere of old school bliss.

FOLDs co-creator and technical wiz, have respectively become the driving force for UNFOLD; a haven made for their fiercely loyal and diverse crowd. With over six years of playing together, their high-energy styles compliment each other and produce a uniquely signature sound that is impossible not to move to.

Taking over Tapes #127 is the Tokyo-raised and now London-based DJ, An Toi. For the past decade, they’ve been gaining prominence as one of the young representatives of Tokyo’s music scene, recognised for its richness, knowledge and open-mindness.

DJ, producer and singer Elias Mazian is a firm fixture of the club circuit in Amsterdam and beyond and he’s joining us for Tapes #126.

Up next for Tapes #125 is Paris-based, Italian/Swiss DJ Fiona.

Bringing in Tapes #124 is Riva, the Berlin and London-based DJ, producer, promoter, and resident DJ at Fold, Refuge Radio and Manni Dee’s newest party “Silk + Steel”.

Up next for Tapes #123 is genre blending DJ, Jhumka who has cultivated a name for herself amongst the underground scene. Her niche stylistic approach consists of deep cuts and all things dark & percussive.

Joining us for Tapes #122 is Minor Science, the Berlin-based Brit who consistently cuts through the noise and has been making standout tracks for almost a decade.

Taking over Tapes #121 is Belfast-born and Manchester-based Fastlove, one half of the brains behind one of the North’s longest-standing queer parties, High Hoops, and a resident DJ at Freak Queer Rave.

The Erbil born Amsterdam-based artist, Sarkawt Hamad is joining us for Tapes #120. Between the binaries of darker moods and bliss energies, her sound is unmistakable. 

Joining us for Tapes #119 is co-founder of south London based Party Folly, Kindred Radio Resident and Venue MOT booker, Benk0.

Joining us for Tapes #118 is Tai Lokun, one of the UK’s newest rising DJs.The London-based DJ has lived around the globe and brings many of her far reaching influences into her eclectic sets. Though her signature style involves gracefully weaving between genres, she finds her sweet spot in classic house, percussive drums, breaks and groovy techno.  When Tai is at a festival or a rave, her core goal is to always create fun, memorable moments for all those sharing the space with her.
